Albuquerque (1948)

When Cole Armin arrives in Albuquerque to join his uncle, John Armin, a ruthless tycoon running a freight line for hauling ore, he quickly realizes the extent of his uncle's oppressive ways. Determined to crush the rival operation led by Ted Wallace and his sister Celia, John stops at nothing to achieve his goal. Disenchanted by his uncle's brutal methods, Cole decides to defect and align himself with the Wallace siblings. Lety Tyler, a spy employed by John, has a change of heart and shifts loyalty by alerting Cole and Ted about a dangerous scheme orchestrated by John and his cronies.
