Drones (2013)

The story of Drones kicks off in the vast expanse of the Nevada desert, where Sue Lawson, a fresh face in the scene, teams up with airman Jack in a sweltering bunker devoid of any view to steer unmanned drones through the rugged terrains of Afghanistan. Their initial encounter on the job is marked by a mix of awkwardness and courtesy, with Jack keenly observant of Sue's esteemed background as the daughter of a highly-regarded general. But this assignment is far from ordinary: as they lock their sights on a suspected terrorist without arms, a battle for dominance ensues between the sophisticated and sharp-witted Sue and the resilient, working-class Jack.
