In Her Name (2016)

In the year 1982, André Bamberski receives distressing news about the tragic passing of his 14-year-old daughter, Kalinka, during her trip to Germany with her mother and stepfather. Filled with doubt about the circumstances of Kalinka's demise, Bamberski embarks on a quest for truth. A flawed postmortem report sparks his suspicions, prompting him to point the finger at Kalinka's stepfather, Dr. Dieter Krombach, as the perpetrator. Faced with the inability to bring Krombach to justice in Germany, Bamberski endeavors to pursue the trial in France, where he vows to devote his life to seeking justice for Kalinka and ensuring Krombach's imprisonment.
