Story :

In the turbulent and strife-ridden Medellín, known as Colombia's 'City of Eternal Spring', during the 1970s, Dr. Héctor Abad Gómez finds himself troubled by the well-being of not only his own children but also the underprivileged youth in society. Following a heartbreaking tragedy within his family, Héctor dedicates himself to the noble mission of improving public health initiatives for the impoverished residents of Medellín, much to the disapproval of the city's officials.
