Ninja: American Warrior (1987)

In a bid to dominate the world, Justin Taylor, the mastermind behind a shadowy Ninja organization, has risen as the principal trafficker of illegal drugs in the East. The combined efforts of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency, Hong Kong Police, and the CIA, along with the remarkable policewoman known as Amazonia, are determined to take down Taylor by all means necessary, regardless of the consequences.
