The Lodgers (2017)

In the rural countryside of 1920s Ireland, the Anglo-Irish twins Rachel and Edward lead an eerie existence in their decaying ancestral home. As night falls, a malevolent force known as The Lodgers takes control of the property, imposing three strict rules on the siblings: they must retire to bed before midnight, keep outsiders at bay, and risk the other's life if they attempt to flee. With the arrival of troubled ex-soldier Sean in the neighboring village, a forbidden attraction blossoms between him and the enigmatic Rachel, leading her to defy The Lodgers' decrees. The ensuing repercussions thrust Rachel into a deadly clash with her brother and the ancient curse that binds them.
