Thir13en Ghosts (2001)

After inheriting his uncle's estate, Arthur and his two kids find themselves the new owners of a unique glass house housing a dozen trapped spirits. Once they step inside the eerie abode with their nanny and lawyer in tow, they become unwitting players in a sinister contraption believed to be crafted by the Devil and energized by restless souls, all with the purpose of unlocking the Eye of Hell. With the help of a seasoned ghost hunter and his opponent, an advocate for ghost liberation, the ensemble must navigate the malevolent machinery and strive to escape the haunted dwelling before it's too late.
