Up Among the Stars (2018)

Víctor, a filmmaker, finds himself overwhelmed by a series of unfortunate events. Struggling with alcoholism, unemployment, and deep despair, his sorrow is largely rooted in the loss of his wife. Yet, amidst his hardships, Víctor excels at one thing: weaving captivating tales for his nine-year-old son, Ingmar. These narratives serve as the blueprints for the films he aspires to create once he secures the necessary resources. Together, Víctor and Ingmar navigate a world tinged with melancholy and instability, yet also brimming with robots and iconic film locations they've explored together.
