Over the past twenty years, he has meticulously cataloged a roster of elusive wrongdoers and threats that have eluded the authorities' notice, dubbing it "The Blacklist". While willing to collaborate, Reddington stipulates that his insights will be shared exclusively with Elizabeth Keen, a fresh-faced profiler at the bureau.
